Absolutely Outstanding! From the first contact to the completed task everyone was outstanding. All contact I had with the Gals in the office were polite, professional, and thorough. From the first engineer that came to my home to survey the site the performance was extremely knowledgeable. All those that installed the Generator, the placement, the electrical connections and the Technicians that accomplished the Gas Hookup were extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Everyone was friendly and a pleasure to have met. I am a retired Engineer Manager, I worked at the Kennedy Space Center for 15 years prior to retirement and I was knowledgeable of all aspects of the installation and I believe I am very competent assess all. I highly recommend all personnel and the total Eau Gallie Electrical employees for their OUTSTANDING job.

Spoke with Becky and Jordan today. Both were very helpful getting me set up with preventative maintenance contract. Eau Gallie installed two -22 KW generators a few years ago. Install went well; techs were first class. They also took care of warranty starter motor replacements as soon as parts arrived. Nice to have a company do it correctly the first time!

We recently had Eau Gallie out to do some lighting upgrades at our dealership in Palm Bay. From start to finish the job was done phenomenally and with no interruption to our operations. Bryce came and met with me on Thursday, had an estimate together by Friday, and work started on Tuesday! Cody, Heath, and Brandon were the electricians on the job and I couldn't have been more impressed with their work. I contracted my residential solar project with Eau Gallie Electric as they have been around longer than I have been alive! And not many companies in Brevard County can say that. I had a specific design in mind, being a technical guy -- and Eau Gallie Electric worked with me to ensure my plan would be feasible and would work properly. The team of installers, led by their Master Electrician Eli were excellent. Some of the equipment I purchased through Eau Gallie was fairly new to the solar market, but Eli and Daniel demonstrated their technical know-how when working with each of the components. Throughout the installation process, every step of the way was coordinated by Jaimie back at Eau Gallie's office, and every appointment occurred, as promised and on-time. This was a multi-day/multi- visit job both before and after the City (of Melbourne) inspection and before the system could become operational pending Florida Power & Light approval to operate. It's only been two weeks into producing my own electricity, but so far, I am producing more than I am using on a daily basis, so hopefully will bank enough excess power between now and when the AC is cranking in the summer -- the beauty of net-metering. Highly recommend Eau Gallie Electric for a solar installation.

Sean was here this morning to do scheduled maintenance on my Generac 22KW Guardian, installed July 2018. The original installation went smoothly almost six summers ago, as has every single service call, which I do twice a year to keep it in top working condition.

Outstanding customer service. They completed the installation of a Generac home generator just the way I asked. We had scheduled a final hookup, which was going to be beyond the estimated arrival date of a hurricane in our area. When they found out that it would affect us, they sent a crew over to complete the installation early. Thank goodness they did, as the hurricane knocked out power in our area for almost 3 days. Because of their diligence we had power throughout the storm and its aftermath. We had a/c, television and all home electrical devices available during this critical time.
