Excellent!! I am new to the area and the last oil change cost me over $110 for a very quick 10 minute job. To me that is rediculous, especially since it was literally just an oil change and nothing else. So this time, I decided to go with a local business. I am HIGHLY pleased with the professionalism & personal feel of their office. I will definitely be taking my car back to them. They checked everything over and did the oil change. Very efficient and the cost was so much more reasonable!

Eads is a rip off they need to be reported to the Attorney General and governor noticed many bad reviews on them ripping people off they changed me over $600.00 to replace the weather stripping on the inside door frame on my pickup driver door. They check my brake routers, tires, ball joints and looked under my hood for oil leaks when I never gave them permission to do it.I feel that Eads changed me for checking all those other things. I would never recommend them to anyone

I took my truck in for brakes. I was aware of other issues with my truck but just didn’t bother getting them repaired. Eads did a thorough inspection and found some I wasn’t aware of. Everything was repaired and truck runs great. Very nice staff and keep you informed of any new issues they run across. My truck was finished when they said it would be. I highly recommend them.

I have never had any issue taking any of my vehicles, they have a great team of techs, they find what's wrong & fix only what has to be fixed at the moment & in a timely manner however they also point out things that could be a problem later on to give you the option of fixing now or later. Terry has never done me wrong.

Eads fixed my truck in only 24 hours and they did great work. I had my truck break down while I was traveling back to Fayetteville, and dropped my truck off my truck late at night. They called me the next morning, and were very thorough and clear with what I needed. They were honest and up front about work and cost and got me back on the road.

If you have an extra $9,000 dollars burning a hole in your pocket and want to give it to a repair shop to do more damage to your engine than when you took it in.....EADS is the place for you! How anyone has given them a positive review is insane. Biggest con artists in the industry and that's got to be a hard award to achieve.

My truck battery was dead. I called Eads to see IF I was able to jumpstart it, could I stop by an auto part store, buy a battery (as Eads did not have my battery on-hand and an auto parts store could not install it because it was not a simple drop-in and go situation), drive straight to Eads, could they install it. I did just that and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. They also checked and added needed air to my tires and this took place mid-afternoon on a Friday. It was a good experience.
