Scheduling was easy, communication was good, and they handled the problem without trying to upsell me a lot of extra work, like most places. All too often people recommend automotive repair facilities because it's a local business, or because they know someone that worked there etc. I recommend this place because I trust that they have competent technicians, and will be honest about what needs done, and without price. gouging. I live in Northern Carroll County, and will drive past most places in my town for their service.

Dynamic has serviced my Subaru twice, first for engine oil change and second for transmission fluid change, all based on mileage and the condition of the lubricants. Excellent service, my car is running perfectly. The best part of their service is the total car inspection with your first visit. This determines the condition of the vehicle’s systems, engine fluids, brakes, etc, and thus makes me conscious of issues that may need addressing, or not.

Yes, I had a very positive experience with Dynamic Auto. Was happy to see that Joe and Jerrod were still there after apparently having changed ownership.
They answered all my questions, and gave me a print out of a detailed explanation of very near future needed repairs, along with taking care of the ones that needed done fairly quickly.

While the reason for my visit to Dynamic Automotive was simple...an oil change, wiper blades, and four new tires...I received much more than those basic services. I had been patronizing the shop under prior management (Sykesville Car Care Center) for decades, so I was a little anxious about losing that long-standing relationship. However, thanks to the friendly service provided by Jared, Joe and everyone else, along with the VERY comprehensive and informative check-up and diagnostic report, I am now confident that the place that was always so convenient due to its location is still the place that I have always relied upon to keep my vehicles maintained and in good repair. So, to anyone who has been relying on Sykesville Car Care Center for your automotive service and repairs, ​and isn't sure what to do now that ownership has changed, I am happy to report that not only is the shop still where it has always been, but that the friendly, professional and competent service is still there as well. What a relief!

My family has used this garage for 30+ years. Highly recommended. Staff knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Most recently they helped me with a *very* stubborn license plate screw (no charge despite fighting with it for~30 minutes).

What a fabulous experience and a beautifully smooth transition of management!
