Palm Harbor/Dunedin electric are very fortunate to have Angel on their team. Angel is a master of his profession. Not only prompt, but friendly and affable. Angel took the time to troubleshoot my issue and then to explain it. He further provided financial info up front so I would understand the impacts of the decisions I made. Once decisions were made Angel quickly resolved my issues. Definitely an asset to their company!

On the coldest day of the year, I needed emergency service for an issue OUTDOORS. Not only did they arrive just an hour after my call to the office, but they fixed the problem in record time and even did a bit of additional work to insure I had heat that day. This company is excellent 💯 Last weekend after a ton of duke electric work on downed lines we walked outside to a burning smell. Below is the picture. These guys came out within an hour on Sunday and after the storm w so many calls and fixed our issue in 1/2 hour. The surge protector for the pool heater and filter did its job. There were several different electrical problems that needed attention at the house in Tarpon Springs. Dunedin was recommended to us. It was a great recommendation. The electrician Paul and his assistant Claire were professional thorough and caring. They listened to any concerns and explained everything. The jobs were finished earlier then I would have expected. The work was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done.

They installed a new breaker panel that previous homeowner paid for as a pre-sale inspection item(original not up to code). Thus was in Nov 2022. Recently, my heat pump kept throwing the breaker and my AC company came out. Discovered breaker had a 40 amp 2-pull Square D, when heat pump clearly indicated a 30 amp. Plus installed 8 gauge aluminum wire(called for copper. Wire had become loose which tripped the breaker. Breaker switch was warm to the touch (wrong amperage breaker means it should have tripped SOONER and could have been a fire hazard.). Whoever installed it labeled the switched in hard to read pencil and had 2 labeled “water heater” when one was actually the air compressor). I paid the AC company to tighten the wire, so it wouldn’t break the circuit again. I spoke with Dunedin/Palm Harbor Electric and asked. if they’d come out and change out the breaker to correct specification and switch out the aluminum for copper wire since it was done incorrectly in first place. They said since it was past 12 months it wouldn’t be considered warranty and couldn’t be “sure” if anyone else had worked on it. Sorry I didn’t discover until something went wrong and why would I have anyone else come out and put in the wrong thing and label so poorly, Said they come out and give an estimate for a T & M repair. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Felt a truly reputable company would have considered a “Goodwill” service call to fix what wasn’t done right originally. Complicated because previous homeowner paid for work, prior to sale so I’d never interacted with this company, not knew who did the work. Tracked down original invoice from my realtor. Cannot recommend.

We enlisted the services on Dunedin Electric to add some additional outlets in our home and they were outstanding. Given the fact that a major hurricane had just hit the area I figured we’d be moved to the bottom of the priority list as we were just having some additional outlets added. They kept the appointment. Their electrician arrived on time and was professional and courteous and services provided were reasonably priced. Angel the electrician was top notch!

Was difficult to find an electrician to install a new ceiling fan on less than one months' notice, but Dunedin Electric came through! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and more than courteous with the job. Angel explained the complexities of the wiring for the unit and made suggestions for future work. My "go to" service for all future needs!
