Down South did an incredible job on installing our new HVAC unit! The owner and employees were not only considerate and friendly, but very thorough in ensuring our unit was safely installed. They even discovered that our house was receiving too much voltage, and personally coordinated with the electric company to fix the issue within the hour. Their attention to detail and expertise spared us THOUSANDS in potential damage. Both us and our our dogs are loving our new AC!

During Ida, my house received extensive damage and was in the immediate need for repairs including electrical and air conditioning among general carpentry. Down South answered. They performed needed repairs including upgrading to current code and re-wiring of the entire house. Also, the a/c system including vents and ductwork required replacement. All of the repairs were accomplished quickly and in coordination with the carpenter crews. I whole heartedly recommend Down South Electric to all in need of installation, repairs, or renovations to their homes. It is a very professionally run business..
