They saved my day!

I stopped by today after eating at Nicks and they fixed my flat tire on my RV travel trailer, which I was totally unprepared to change. I would’ve had to get a tow, probably change my plans or even stayed at a pricey hotel in Memphis. It really meant a lot. Doug Brandon and the son were very helpful and had me back on the road in ~15 minutes.

Had to get a thermostat replaced. Traveling from TX to IL on I40 and car got hot in Carlyle, AR. Found this wonderful place by recommendation. They had us diagnosed, in and out in record time! Absolutely nicest people in the world and more than 5 star service at a great price!!

Wonderful staff. Knew there stuff. Went in for repairs I thought I needed, the men looked over my vehicle determined it wasn't what I thought, preceded to find the problem which happened to be the drive shaft. Repaired the part and had us back on the road within hours. Remarkable prices.

I was heading to Rogers,AR with a slow leak. Decided that wasn’t such a good idea. Googled and found Doug’s. Called them. They could repair right then. They hi plugged it but warned me that I needed to get a new tire ASAP. The two young men were so kind. One had his son at work that day. Saw him kiss his son and tell him he loved him. Great experience for me… Highly recommend !!!

This place may look humble, but its the people that make the place. That being the case, this is a palace. I broke down on the 40. After reaching out to 9 different places, I get a call from Doug. I explained to him that I was traveling and I was a bit pressed for time. This was at noon. By 5pm I was on the road with a new tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, and oil change in my diesel truck. They made me feel at home in a place I had never been where I knew no one. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants an honest place with good people.

Excellent prompt and economical repair. They went way above normal standards of service that is provided by others. If any more of our trucks break down within 100 miles of this business I won't hesitate to call them for road service or just have my truck or trailer towed to them. Can't say thankyou enough
