I needed a battery replacement for my laptop.
I called a previous company I have used, but the amount they wanted was WAY out of my price range due to being a full-time college student.

I asked the wonderful Palm Harbor Happenings for a recommendation and Digital NinjaZ was highly recommended.
I called them and within two days my laptop was working like brand new! AND VERY AFFORDABLE!!!

I highly recommend them! Emilia and her staff are kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable!

Took my wife's laptop in to replace a damaged fan before Christmas. Talked with Terry on the team he ordered not one but two fans to replace the existing ones.Scheduled a time to take the laptop in for service.After Christmas I checked in with him, and he was out on leave for the holidays. That's where Chris and the rest of the team stepped up and got my wife's laptop back up and running again,and at a very good price point too. These guys are truly the digital ninjz 🥷.
Thank you guys so much I will be back again if I ever need technical support or help with my computing needs.

The Digital Ninjaz are appropriately named. I am not tech savvy, but they always handle whatever issue I have, quickly, professionally and explain things in a way I can understand. Digital NinjaZ was recommended to me by a FB post. Took an older Mac in for a battery repair. My Mac malfunctioned unfortunately but the team at Digital NinjaZ took care of me and the Mac! Professional and priced fair! I highly recommend! Chris helped me through most of the process.

I brought my laptop here to have the hard drive cloned to a larger one. My computer was working fine when I dropped it off and had no issues. I got a call a few hours later that it was "throwing pop up errors". A few hours later I called back and the technician said he couldn't even load th operating system. I told him I would come pick it up since he said he couldn't fix it. He originally tried to charge me $55 but when I complained that he broke my computer he said it was no charge. They denied breaking it but I use it daily and I know it worked when I dropped it off.
