What is up with a $790 “Delivery Fee”? This is unacceptable! Why is my electric bill more than my mortgage? Make it make sense! I am truly dissatisfied with the customer service. I try to talk with a live person to discuss options, the wait time is 45 mins to an hour. I understand increases, but this is ridiculous. Does the CEO have a “personal debt” that they need to recoup at the expense of their customers? I need answers!

This company is unbelievable! I see many others have the same issue. I travel for work and is almost never home. Customer service is letting me know that because of the temperature changes , that’s why my bill is triple the regular amount. We need to come together and take this company to court. How are you charging a delivery fee that is more than my actual bill. Straight foolishness. Something needs to be done! Delmarva power, Shame on you.

I wish I could give no stars!! I’ve compared my Delmarva utility bill to previous bills I’ve received in other states and Delmarva is the absolute worsttttttt. My electric charge is $36 & my gas charge is $150, which is fine because it’s winter! But where is this delivery charge of $194 from? Other charges and surcharges $275!!! I’ve looked at my bill in MD & PA and other taxes and surcharges has never passed $70!!!!! So I am paying an $469 in what? For what I will be reaching out to the state attorney, the mayor and the Township! This is absurd! You people are thieves and nothing is being done about it!

So last month (December) our bill was $364..$147.71 of that was for "delivery". Is this forreal? That's almost half of my bill just for delivery. Delmarva is robbing us blind with these fees. This needs to be stopped, no one can afford this. It seems to me that they're just lining their pockets with our delivery fee money. Im absolutely disgusted. They need to be investigated.

They're price gouging me and so many others that our state's legislature has had to launch a formal investigation. This is the only power company in Delaware to double their rates out of nowhere like this.

Their customer service line was also extremely helpful and seemingly purposefully frustrating. Only WM has a worse customer service system.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. They offer minimal help. Customer service is extremely rude and non-empathetic. Electric bills should not be QUADRUPLED compared to previous years for a 4 degree temperature change. They are simply robbing people. Don’t think about requesting someone to come check your meter, they will illegally just “bing” it from their location and tell you it is working

Awful company. They got fined millions and take it out on the customer by charging double with half being a "delivery fee" caused by legislators passing a green energy bill. The Government needs to get involved soon before thousands of hardworking people lose their homes.

Their delivery rates are robbing the folks of Delaware. Double the rates of electric and gas usage by charging a huge delivery service fee. Claiming its just transparency in billing , yet it’s President Phil Vavala getting rich by taking advantage of consumers! You didn’t fool any of us- the bills are outrageous and his answer is to check your thermostat!
