THEY ROBBED ME FOR MY DEPOSIT!Pay for my $250 deposit w/ my bank card & moved w/$496 credit on my account & they just told me I wasn't entitled to get my deposit back because I got money put on my acc. the following yr. by a charity & they sent them the credit amount & the deposit money I paid...yes they were suppose 2 get the balance of the money not used they gave me but definitely not my deposit money I paid out my pocket 9mths /yr b4 I received the help..called twice about it & they only got nasty 2 me & supervisor got on phone with & got nasty with me & hung up on me after she made me hold for over a hr on the phone..

I had an issue with my power line that comes from the pole to the eve of the house. The line had pulled away from the house and was held on by an inch and a half zip screw. I called DEC and was directed to dispatch. Both people were extremely helpful. They said someone would come out and look at it. No time frame so I waited. Not ten minutes had passed and a DEC was backing up my lane. The lineman that showed up was Kenny and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service! Thank you!!

I have no complaints. Prices has been reasonable and I expected a slight uptick, just because. I pray you go up no higher. Trust me I get it about summer/winter fluctuations. I've been with you since 2010, so far so good. Hellava record I must say. That being said, I want to Thank You for being so reliable. You make it easier when you're on a tight budget and you're fast to fix issues like light poles.

Boo. Their website says they cover in my town. I called they told me they do not cover the town. Called back they told me they did cover just part of the town. Just not my part. They told me multiple times they can not provide service to places Delmarva does. But in the same breath they tell me they do cross a little bit. I’ve never gotten such resistance. Asked to speak to a supervisor, was told I could not multiple times. Below is a map from their website. The town of Kenton also has them listed as a provider on their website.

Raising people bills for no reason...discounts are a scam..."beat the peak"...scam....Ripping people off constantly. Typical government organization. How does my bill go from $119 same time last year (and was colder last year than this year) and now my bill is almost $250...sounds like they are trying to find ways to pay their employee by ripping off customers.

I am wonder how my electric bill goes up in the winter when I do the same thing you after the year I’m the only person that live in the house doing the same thing year to year and I read other reviews how they say because the colder months this year was not as cold as last year and then they also try to use the summer months. Say why the bill increase if other electric companies are having problems with raising their problems in the government is getting involved. I think they should get involved with Delaware co-op because my bill keep rising up more and more this from last month to this month it went up $60 and I’m doing the same thing And I’m trying to figure this out

Received my electric bill today makes no sense that it went up so much I do use electric heaters but I guess I gotta freeze
