Dean absolutely saved the day when my car broke down in the middle of traffic during the Durham Fair. They got to me SO QUICK and were so kind and courteous. I love Dean Autoworks. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I drove in there yesterday when my tire pressure light went on. As busy as they were they checked my tires and found a leak in a valve. They repaired the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. They're the best.

What wonderful customer service. Brought my vehicle in for body work after an auto accident. The owner walked us through what was going to be done and kept us updated as the job progressed. Worked with us to be sure there were no issues with the insurance company, which was such a burden off our shoulder during this time, especially since we were not at fault in the accident. When we picked up the vehicle they explained what was done and if there were any issue to give a call. Made you feel like a good friend and not just a customer. Would recommend Dean's Auto Service for all your vehicle needs.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the recognition.
On our way down from VA to MA, we drove through some bad flash flooding and ended up with the panel under the engine detached and dragging. We stopped by at a place that was closest to our location and they were terrible, wouldn't even look at the car after I explained that we just drove for 8 hrs and were stuck there.
A quick Google search landed us at Dean Autoworks. These guys were AMAZING!!! Helped us out, got us out of the rain, fixed the car, insisted we get some coffee and hit the restroom before we hit the road again (we had another hour and a half ahead of us). The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. My only wish is that they could all move and set up shop where we live so I can have a trusted auto repair shop any time I need it! I honestly couldn't recommend this place more!

As our cars have aged out of their dealer warranties, we have brought them to Dean's for about 20 years. They are always fair and honest. 99% of the time the issues are completely resolved when I get the car back the first time. Any time something still doesn't seem right after driving the car, they are very good about follow up. They tell you what you need and what they see that may need work in the near future, so that you can decide when to incur charges that can wait. Having Dean's maintain your car makes us more comfortable driving a used car.
