Brought our Subaru in for the first time yesterday. They diagnosed and fixed the issues found quickly. Best part was: Justin and his team saw that, among the other fixed problems, we had a pricey fix issue. He took it upon himself to reach out to the Subaru dealer and see if the part was under warranty and it was. Excellent service and a conscientious mechanic, smart move because my wife and I will be forever customers. Thank you for all you did fellas

It would have been nice to receive a ‘thank you for your business’ as a first time customer spending a couple grand with you instead of the smugness I received. It would have also been nice to receive a copy of the alignment that was performed without discussion. Just because it may have been necessary doesn't mean you go ahead without mentioning or explaining anything. Even after inquiring about a quote for servicing a second vehicle…still no thank you and more smugness and cocky demeanor. I hope the work performed outlasts the warranty so that I never have to return again.

Impressed with their service, brought my 2021 Toyota Tacoma in for an inspection and received a link for a report in a timely manner with details about everything they looked at which is a nice touch being something I haven’t received elsewhere.

I needed to have four new all-season tires mounted and balanced, then swapped onto my car for the snow tires I was running on, then have an alignment done to make sure everything was OK. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. As this was my first time at DHA, I was impressed by the way the shop was run and I expect to go back to them for most of my car repair needs.

These guys did me a real solid last week by fixing my car troubles before the Thanksgiving holiday.

My vehicle stopped running properly the weekend before the holiday and I was scrambling to find reasonably priced auto shop options near me. Called and spoke to Justin on Monday about bringing in car the following morning to be diagnosed. He let me know they were busy but would be able to take a look and let me know what’s wrong. Not only did they take a look first thing Tuesday morning, but they were able to fix the issues same day and I picked up my car after hours that evening.

Although I never met Justin or the team on Day Hill Rd. (My car was towed over there), I know an honest business when I see one. Especially as a young female, I appreciate not being given the run around and over-quoted. If I ever have car issues again, I’ll be back. Thank you!!!

after seeing many positive reviews I decided to take my car here and every visit I had was just a nightmare. car came out with more problems than it was before. never had my car rough idle and making loud noises when braking until i brought it in the shop. also not very customer friendly

This is my second time going to Day Hill Automotive and both experience were absolutely great. Keith and Justin are very professional and friendly. I just picked up my mercedes c300 that had been sitting for 2 years and it's running beautiful. The service was done in a timely manner and I wasn't over charged it actually came under the initial quote. They explained everything the car needed over the phone and with a very detailed email. I will be back for sure for any future service on my cars and I 100% recommend their service you will not be disappointed. Thank you
