I had a follow up today with Brandy.
She was very helpful in describing my condition and what the next step would be in my treatment...
That was my review from last visit. I guess I failed to submit it. 🤦‍♀️
Any who.... I had a procedure done rhis morning. Lumbar epidural steroid injection.
It wasn't painful.
It stung and pinched but not hurtful.
The nurse as well as Dr Vattam were so extremely helpful in assisting me up onto as well as off of the procedure table.
It doesn't sound like a big deal to most but when you have mobility issues with your legs and knees it really does make things like climbing a table and laying on your stomach a task. Thank you so much DPI, and staff. See you in 2 weeks.

I have nothing but praise for Brandi Lamb and staff! Everyone there has been amazing! I hope I won't have to be on pain management the rest of my life but if I did I wouldn't want anyone else handling my pain management. They listen to my concerns and have been professional and courteous every time!

Best group i have ever worked with. I have a chronic illness ( 30 plus years) that is extremely painful. Everyone in this office from the ladies greeting me at the front desk to the nurses gathering information for the docs and finally I cannot say enough good things about Dr Helene. This office is run extremely well. I truly appreciate all they do for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nurse Practitioner Brandi was very cheerful, and so helpful to move forward with medical decisions concerning my chronic pain. The Staff Members were prompt to answer questions, and assist Patients as a Team.

Look I've been Around the block time or two with regular Pain Doc's and V.A... Then the V.A. sent me out and my wife and I found Dr Vattam and NP Brandi. They've been Great... they listen... and try to get you the the pain relief you need... We would Really Really Recommend them and we do wish I would have found them first but then again u wouldn't appreciate coming from the bad refills and Doc's and the one how wouldn't listen and take u for ur word... will that's my story of what's it's like here thanks for reading...

These guys are great. Very caring and on time. They actually listen! Would recommend to anyone who needs help getting your pain under control!! Ive never had any issues, always very pleased w all staff!!

Originally I had no problems; however, after a few months I was told my lab reports were coming back as negative for my prescription. I knew this was wrong and after contacting my insurance company they were unable to verify results. I was told by the NP that with negative tests results they could no longer prescribe my medication. I have taken this medication for the last 15 years so I know the tests could not be negative, so rather than argue with them I just decided to find another doctor. Just be careful using them.
