Speaking as a student at the school. The school isn’t the greatest the teachers have little to no control over the students they are constantly leaving class yelling and overall being a distraction to others. The school isn’t always clean especially after lunch there are constant fights but the amazing dean handles them well. There is one teacher who is a big problem the 7th grade math teacher who has NO control over anything in her class the students trash the room and don’t work and if the whole class isn’t listening she stops teaching if she even was teaching in the first place which she NEVER is. The food is always tastes bland unflavored and depressing. There are cool-ish classes like digital engineering and we do get to do labs and experiments in science but other than that the school is just like any other. The cops are constantly having to be called because of students doing drugs and the bathrooms are constantly being destroyed and having to be locked because students stay in the bathrooms to skip and teachers aren’t allowed to unlock them. The lunch line is so chaotic that it takes forever to get lunch and some students aren’t able to get or eat their food because 7th graders have 30 minutes to eat lunch and it takes 20+ minutes to get your food. There are some good people like the counselors, the amazing dean of students and the 7th grade reading teacher who can actually control her class and is funny and makes her class as fun as possible. The students are a big problem but other than that and a few other issues the school is ok
Update:7th grade math teacher no longer works at the school

Never go here it might seem like a normal Windsor school but the staff does absolutely nothing when you tell them something if ur getting bullied they might give the other person a in school suspension for like 1 hour that's nothing the lunch gave me food poisoning 3 times and they have rats and last year 8th grade had only 2 teachers and the rest where substitutes and there's some kids who do the worst and one time there was a flood and some kid pulled the fire alarm and the cops were called and there's a kid who always blackmails one star

this school improved but the food was HORRIBLE they had some good foods. I didn't learn anything, even though it improved its still kind of bad. I made good friends there and some of the teaches where nice but somewhere annoying and mean. Also, for 6th grade I had NO math teacher, she came back the last week of school. If you send your kid here that's fine but make sure you pack your OWN lunch.

One son graduated very well prepared for college and with an excellent friend group. The other is still attending and is having the same experience. They attended from middle school through high school. Many of the teachers have their Doctors Degree. There is a wide variety of ECE and AP STEM classes. The teachers put in a lot of effort and care a great deal. This is a public school not a charter or private school. If you believe in public education, and bringing kids from diverse background and cultures together, this is a good fit.

This school is horrible, the food, the bullies, the unhelpful teachers, and staff. When you try to complain about something, they ignore you and do not help fix it at all, this is coming from me, a severely bullied student. They make fun of you for how you look, dress, and what you do or don't have. Do not bring your child into this school, unless you are willing to hear many complains and cries. 1 STAR

The worst school ever 7th grade math teacher leaked my lunch-code computer number wich if they go on powerschool they have all my information and theres a-lot of fights bullying. The school is tore up no ceilings. Water messes everywhere bathroom is a complete mess math teacher had no control over her class kids bang on walls to distract the other classes teachers take 1-2 weeks to grade kids work. If theres a problem with you and another kid middle school principal will find anything to use it against you and you will get in trouble even if the kid started it first lot of kids skipping classes rooming the halls vaping in the bathroom smoking in the bathroom a-lot of bullying. Don’t come to this school.

That’s was my son’s worse experience in middle school and high school. He had to leave that school because it has so much bullying. One day they stole my son’s phone in the bus on the way home. I knew the location because I had an app for my son’s phone. When I try to confront the school and give the kid’s name because I will call the police. The school, principal and vice principal didn’t want to provide me the information because they have to protect the child. REALLY? But who protects my son from being stolen or bully. What type of morals they have. The kid didn’t have any consequences for stealing my son’s phone. The police could not do anything. It’s sad how the school didn’t take any actions, the school is not even good at engineering. It just appearance 😝
