Drive up window associates are always ready to help. Questions answered, and if not known, usually refer you to the specific department to answer concerns. Positive experiences thus far.
Empower is nice as well. Quick to diagnose issues when you text or call with messages during interruptions in service. Day or Night, I like that service.

I have gotten great service from first electric cooperatives in saline county and have no doubt will get the same from Craig head electric cooperatives as well. Had the best customer service experience at the Paragould office.

I have had 3 different co-ops since I have moved back to Arkansas. Craighead Electric is by far the best one I have had. The people are very friendly and make you feel like they really do care about you as a person. I will always believe that Craighead Electric has the best employees!!

Just had an entire week if snow and ice. Today is the first day we have actually been able to get out. Out bill was due on the 19th, yes with everything going on I forgot. The bill was a little over 100.00 yet I come home tonight it is 38 degrees and they shut our power off. I am sure it will get below freezing tonight again but obviously craighead electric is ok with customers freezing over a little over 100.00 been customers for nearly 7 years never had an issue. If I had another option I'd for sure take it. They suck and are a terrible company.

Hearing the news about them purchasing a cemetery and then offering no assistance to retrieve the remains/move them/resettle them is pretty worrying. They simply will "give you time" to figure it out yourself. It isn't their problem since they only bought it. Greed comes before the right thing. This action of this company makes me not want to utilize them for services for fear of what else they may do wrong morally. I'd absolutely recommend elsewhere.

This place is owned by a heartless excuse for a human being corporate entity. They purchased a pet cemetery and the owners of the pets aren't allowed to try to retrieve the remains only the headstones. When asked if they couldn't move somewhere else because of the pets and the cemetery they were told when they said why they were told because it's convenient here!
I would never promote this business. I asked all pet owner's to boycott this place of business. to boycott this place of business.. if it is on your heart hid them in their pocketbook and send them a. MESSAGE! You can verify this on your local news

Worst service I've ever had. Over price billing with extra fees and charges. There apps don't work. Call them and they still won't work with you or help in any way. 👎🏻 Horrible.

After a long a year and a half I decided to change my originally review to give the company the credit they do deserve. I will say I still don't agree with the one situation back in the day I went through with them but I can say any company that will work with you in the future regardless of a bad review, is a determined one. This being a area based company you can expect higher prices, but that's with any service but good things that come with that is they care more about you individually than a wide spread company. Also they live in the same community and more than likely are using the company at their house, so you can bet you won't lose power as much as the people with companies that just has a secondary office in this area. Although I'm moving soon, I want to wish everyone at craighead electric and empower the best and thank you all for your services.
