They quoted me a price for wheel bearing replaced and then when I payed they added a disposal fee of $15.59 to the bill and when I asked for my part and a $15.59 refund they wouldn't do it. So I give em a three star just because I like them and they did do a good job.

Update below:

Was having trouble with my AC in my car. I took it in to have a look at it. Was told it was possibly electric issue or needed a new compressor. They recommended me take it to the dealership to check if it's electrical. They did not even charge me for the 30 minutes they took to check what was wrong. It ended up being the compressor so I scheduled an appointment for them to install it. A few hours later and everything is working perfect. The quote they originally gave me was more than what it actually ended up costing. That usually never happened. It ended up being cheaper than what they thought it would be. It's hard to find an honest mechanic shop. They could have just charged me what the quote was for but they were honest and didn't do that. I would recommend this shop.

Update:
AC starting acting up again. Started blowing out hot air. I called in the following day. I was told to bring in the van the following day so they could look at it. I received a call around noon the following day and was told the compressor went out again. They were then able to replace it since it was under warranty. Also want to add this was not due to anything this shop did. Was not their fault. Just wanted to add that they were able to get everything replaced and back to me within 24 hours. Did not expect to have everything fixed that quickly. Just like I stated above, this place is an honest and great shop for anything you may need.

Have been going here for years but will not be back. Had a one in a million incident happen this summer (NOT the reason we won’t be back) but unfortunately this was handled in the most unprofessional manner my wife and I have ever experienced. I couldn’t imagine running my business the way Mike does.

They installed a cheap remanufactured alternator from Malaysia on my vehicle. It wasn't even the correct one. It quit working after two months. Cheap parts and not professional. They charged me $300 for a $30 dollar alternator.So much for being NAPA Certified. I will never go back again.

I've been about every where else around here the past 20 plus years.only place i will ever take my car's and trucks to! They fix it right the first time,and on the rare occasion that I had to bring it back they honerered there warranty.

Mike, Greg and staff were very professional and took good care of my car. I was sent to their shop on a referral from my in-laws the Kirkhart's whom have used Coopers for years. My cars transmission and a/c were repaired and I'm very pleased with the cost and the repair work. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Prompt diagnosis of problem with air conditioning. Added refridgerant solved the problem. I appreciated the quick service and especially their honesty. I am not a mechanic and frankly they could have done an unnecessary repair, but they didn't. Thank you Cooper's Car Care Center.

The guys in the shop are very nice. However, they will up-charge you for labor and they will lie so you come back. In October 2022 I went in for an oil change. I knew my headlights were out. I was planning on putting new bulbs in myself. When they got done with my oil change they told me that they tried to put new bulbs in but they didn’t work. They told me is was a wiring or fuse issue and that I should bring my car back in later. So I did. When I took my car back in I told the guys in the lobby that the mechanics told me to bring it back because of wiring or fuse issues, then I left. When I returned I asked if they figured out why my lights weren’t working, they told me that I just needed new bulbs 🙄. Cost me like 100$ just to put new bulbs in. Wish I had said something then but since I didn’t I’m leaving a review so that hopefully the next young woman with a car problem will go somewhere else.
