Art and his team are the people you want to call when you are stuck without heat! I have a newborn and the Coolomatic team was quick to respond, polite and professional. Best of all they are very reasonably priced. It’s hard to find service folks you can trust these days so I just wanted other to know!

Don't use this company. I don't understand how they have good reviews my experience has been awful. We've had issues with them for over a year on a brand new system. They dragged their feet for months they started work last July during renovations and didn't get our heat up and running until the evening before we moved in in November. We had to physically go to the office to get them to finish their incomplete job so we would be able to move in. No apology or anything from the owner.
There were a lot of issues with installation and they have had to come out for service quite a few times to keep fixing things they did incorrectly.
Over Christmas Eve and Christmas we were left with the house at 50 degrees and no heat or hot water. We had guests staying with us and a baby.
We got a Bradford white system through them that only a few techs know in their company. They have never once apologized or acknowledged any of this. Last night our heat wasn't working again so I called and left a message on the emergency line at 2am. I didn't get a call back until 9am. If you do use them I certainly wouldn't recommend getting Bradford White through them use somebody else.

Several months ago, my wife and I contracted Cool-O-Matic to replace our old HVAC system for our home. We were referred by a neighbor with industry knowledge after a long-time relationship with another local HVAC operation. Tom, our lead salesman, visited our home within one hour after our phone call on a Saturday. He took the time to explain options, make recommendations from his experience and choose the best system for a price that was below the competition.

His team had the entire system, ordered installed and running within weeks. His tech team were in and out within a day. They were courteous, clean, knowledgeable and provided clear and quick operating instructions to us.

I found it interesting that he was the only one to measure my rooms including the intake and outtake vents. His price was much lower than my other 3 estimates with longer warranties.
