You had better find you another pain management facility or you will be doing what I’m doing and everybody else on here I’m not even gonna go into details of how sorry this place is from the doctors on down to the receptionist the nurse it is pathetic, and I’m not even the kind of person to leave a review that’s how mad they made me, nobody treats me like this place treated me and gets away with it.

I waited several weeks to get an appointment and no one ever called. The appointment remained in pending status in the Conway regional portal. Very poor staff and customer service.

My review is really second hand. I haven't been treated here but my wife has. She sees a pain management specialist. So far she's been very pleased with the care she's received. In fact, she would rather drive 30 minutes to get here than go to the local hospital in Russellville. No shade on the local hospital, it's just her preference.

I am going to say this two years ago Dr.Chtistopher Marono was truly one of the best most caring Dr's. He relieved pain with a new procedure I agreed to let him do and I had had pain for nearly six years. It was unbelievable BUT apparently alot can change in two years. Can you believe that I have been laying in a bed for two weeks after a horrible fall and I have called his nurse sent emails with not one response. I cannot use my tight legs due to the fire burn felling that shocks me if I attempt to bare weight. Today I spoke to someone at the front desk and I was ceting and begging for her to please help me I had my referral from the er. Can you believe this hateful insensitive young lady attempted to inform me that because I was disappointed ^DISCHARGED" from that office I could NEVER see abt of their Doctors. My heart fell to the floor and I felt like she was lying I had done something wrong and put that on my permanent medical records.....oh no wait a min. I called her right back and I said young lady hear ne out please. Every conway regional dr abruptly stopped seeing United Health Care patients due to a conflict between conway

It sucks to down-rate this clinic because I really enjoyed the short time I worked with Dr. Ranahan and his team. I felt that he genuinely listened to my problems and they all took very good care of me when I came in in January 2021 to receive pain shots for my DDD. The issue now is that I have to transfer to a different clinic because of a billing mistake by the clinic that hasn't been fixed. The clinic never submitted my 2021 procedure to my insurance and instead sent me a bill for the whole amount remaining. When I contacted them about getting this fixed, they said they would address it with billing and get back to me. That was six months ago. At this point I have shown up in person and called and left messages and cannot get a response from them about what is being done to fix this issue. I'm more than ready to pay my dues for the procedure, but I expect everything to be submitted properly to my insurance first. All in all, the medical side of the clinic is great, but the administrative side has caused me a lot of stress. I'll be transferring to a different clinic because I can no longer wait on another treatment for my pain, but I hate that it didn't work out with this clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Mccarver's for about 2 years. I need a double hip replacement and have pretty severe stenosis in my spine. The pain is often unbearable. I am treated well and my pain is mostly controlled. I believe the doctors here try to balance controlling your pain and keeping you from becoming addicted to the medication. My doctor listens and doesn't mind sticking around to make sure you understand what going on. I'm only giving 4 stars because early on in my treatment, the nurse failed to return my calls. That's a situation that resolved itself and anytime I call, it may take all day, but they do eventually call me back. It's a busy clinic so I understand

I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I’ve been seeing Dr. McCarver for about half a year now? and man, this is the first time someone has actually worked with me to find answers. He also listens and provides solutions to every issue I have, doesn’t just pick and choose. I always have the best experience here with him and his staff. They’re so down to earth and genuine, I actually look forward to the appointments like it’s a breath of fresh air. They even made some pretty painful injection appointments way less scary by just simply hanging out with me and calming me down while I was panicking. Trust me, you won’t regret coming here! Thank you Dr. McCarver for all you’ve done! For the first time in 10 years I feel optimistic and confident that I have a plan to tackle my chronic pain.

I was a patient of Dr. McCarver's . I had no problems with him, but the staff was deplorable. Twice I was given an appointment for a cervical ablation with sedation, which they only do once a month. Both times I never got on the books. The second time was after a failed attempt in the office. The pain was so severe I could not stand it so the doctor promised they would work me in for sedation at the hospital. Never happened and the staff could not have cared less. I've had eight major orthopedic surgeries in the last 19 years giving me a great deal of experience with doctors and staff. First time I've ever felt obligated to warn people to stay away.
