Nova Scotians (Canada) have just gone through the worst hurricane in our history. My community, itself, which wasn’t hit drastically was out of power for 4 days. The provincial government requested support for our power company, Nova Scotia Power. There were trucks from Vermont, Connecticut that bravely came up to Canada and supported the restoration of power. I would greatfully like to thank the crews from Connecticut that restored my communities power. Without these crews, we don’t know how long we would have to wait. There were way worse conditions in other parts of the province so I am so thankful to these crews. Appreciate all your hard work. Thanks again.

Called a week in advance so transfer of service would be smooth and no issues.

Going on day 7 WITHOUT gas.

Even if you have a child, THEY DO NOT CARE.

I can't even give my business to a better company because they go by territory.

I must say when it's s country in distress or state of emergency Canadians will always help. This time conneticut light and power sent trucks to nova scotia to help with hurricane fiona relief.. thanks so much guys for taking the time to help us nova scotians

I had my services interrupted and to get it back on I had to pay a service charge 300.00 plus my bill. It's been over a year now called to get it back and was told I have to pay my bill in full every month for year to get it back

Terrible service and even worse prices
Money hungry company that cant even get my power back on before the food in my fridge goes bad I have 5 kids and my groceries are going bad I've been without power for over 5 hours they came say in there truck for over and hour never got out then just drove off one of my neighbors even tried waving them down but they ignored her and continued to drive away and leave us with no power if they didn't monopolize and give us no choice but to use them I would gladly bring my money elsewhere
