Reached out to make an appointment and their team accommodated to fit me in the same day. Very friendly, very polite, looked into all the issues I had questions about and even taught me as well. Price was way more than fair to repair two of my outlets, look into why my ceiling light was not working (turns out I inherited a disaster), and advise me on some flickering bathroom lights I had. I was extremely pleased! I will definitely be using their service in the future and I will recommend their services to any friends that might be in need of their expertise. Thank you all!!

Steve Marriott was responsive immediately to my call and emails, was able to assemble a team of young pros (Colin, Gaeten, and Brandon) who were able to come within a few days to do the work that was well done and reasonably priced!! Give them 5 stars!!!

I called on a Monday and was scheduled for Wednesday. I took the day off to wait for the electrician. I didn't hear from anyone at Code 1 as of 11:00 am so I called them. The Owner said he "just got in" and "would check with the technician to see when he was coming." At 1:30 pm, I called back. Someone answered the phone and hung up immediately. I called back and was sent to voicemail (twice). At 2:00 pm, I received a call from the technician who told me he couldn't make it and the next available date would be five (5) days later.

Over the next few hours, I called back the main number but the owner kept sending me to voicemail.

No way I would ever recommend this company and their horrible customer service!
