Recently bought a used 2018 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. Made multiple visits over a few months to make sure I bought a car I would be happy with. Stephen Goldbranson was patient enough to take me on numerous test drives in various vehicles, and was relatively knoweldgeable on all of them. He was also upfront , honest, and frankly a pleasure to work with. The car was new to the lot, thus needing some minor work and detailing. I picked it up yesterday with all promised work, mostly minor cosmetic damage, having been done and the car was clean inside and out. Would definitely reccomend CMA and using Stephen as your sales consultant.

Edit : Two days after the delivery of the car I noticed a loud grinding noise coming from the rear passenger side wheel while I was braking. After some back and forth CMA advised me to come in so they could check and diagnose the issue. The issue was the pad coming off of the metal on the break pad. Even though they were not contractually obligated, I bought the vehicle "as is", they replaced both rear break pads and rotors at no cost to myself. Very happy with my overall experience with CMA thus far.

I explain my situation to her and she executed everything I was looking for. She put me in a brand new car and was very patient with me. He didn’t sugar coat or do the typical sales guy beat around the bush stuff. He was straight forward and transparent through the whole process. He was patient with our toddler that came with us and showed us the options we were looking for.

Don’t not use this dealership for an inspection or any service. Their customer service is not well-mannered or respectful. I asked to check on our car being the time promised for an inspection was about an hour to 45 minutes. New car. Fresh off the lot. The first person I talk to was very nice, the tech was rude and came out in front of all the customers and said, “all our services take about an hour and a half.” I said ok thank you. I wasn’t going to fight. Yet the promised time was about an hour. Still waiting an hour and fifteen minutes min for a simple inspection on a new car. Most likely cause they don’t make any money off this service. Yet why allow customers to make appointments and then make them wait an ungodly time for a quick
service. Thanks Chevy, reason why I did not buy the new car here and my I don’t do business with them anymore really my husband found this only place that was open.
