Had to finally replace my AC and Heating Unit. Climate Care was extremely helpful taking me through my options, helping me with financing, and answering all of my questions. Staff was extremely helpful, they were responsive with all of my phone calls and owner shared his cell with me so I could reach out via text with follow up questions. On the day of installation they sent a crew of three trucks to complete two days worth of work in one day. I have a two new units both heat and AC, peace of mind, and confidence I have the support with my new equipment. Highly recommend their business.

Dave and his team at Climate Care were absolutely fantastic to work with! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—modernizing our home with Nest thermostats, improving the ductwork, and upgrading the HVAC and water heater—but they are also some of the kindest and most respectful professionals we’ve ever worked with. Very happy with my conversion project by Climate Care. They removed and replaced an old oil burning furnace and tank as well as the condenser for an all new, electric and natural gas system. David, the owner, is easy to work with and takes personal interest in each job. The work was done quickly and cleanly and his technicians were knowledgeable and polite. After getting a few quotes for new furnaces and AC units I decided to go with Climate Care and I couldn't be happier. They did a clean and efficient job, the team was friendly and patient with all my questions, and the company was flexible with different payment methods. What I appreciated the most was David's (the owner's) responsiveness to all my calls and texts prior to me accepting the quote as well as after the job was completed. The piece of mind I have knowing that David and his team will be just a call away if I need them was what really made them stand out from the rest. Highly recommended.

I am giving 2 stars because the employees of Climate Care are amazing! With that said, service is non existent. I had a contract with them for 3 years. In that 3 years they promised to replace a damper in my heating/cooling system every 6 months when they came for service. They have never replaced it! Last summer I was told my a/c unit needed cleaning and they would come back to clean it …. never did! 2 years ago they installed a new hot water heater. It broke down 3 days ago. After 2 1/2 days of calls to them with no response I had someone else fix it who told me that the wrong valve had been installed in the first place which is why it only lasted 2 years. I have given them every opportunity to redeem themselves, but enough is enough. Complete lack of professionalism.

David was a student of mine and was always a hard worker and very personable .
I always knew he was destined for success and I’m so pleased to see that he has become such a great person.
I have been dealing with Climate Control for many years and Im thrilled to say how happy I am with the quality of work they performed. David was always prompt and followed up with phone calls seeing how the unit was doing..They still service my AC unit on a yearly basis.

There is nothing worse than to have the house boiler brake down during the month of December. But this is what happened to us. David came the same day that we called, asses the situation and provide a price for a new boiler which was installed four days later. Great job done by the Climate Care team. Thank you!

Called about a furnace issue one morning and had a completely new unit installment the following afternoon. Everyone was very courteous and we appreciated the expediency given we had no heat in January!
