Had the worst experience with this company. Called them and got my septic tank supposedly emptied, only to call them a week later because my bathroom was flooding with back up. They said they would get ahold of me and never did. Their customer service skills wasn’t professional at all and the lady on the phone laughed at my concern. I will no longer do business with them and be careful if you do. They don’t take pride in A1 service. Thanks again for basically stealing $475 👍

Big shout out for this Company especially Angela. I’ve dealt with many different companies since I own my own business but this is the best and the biggest reason is because of the manager Angela. We had a few issues but she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She was the difference maker and I highly recommend.

Been using Clear Flow since 2018, new drain field up to code!, I followed their instructions how to treat, today was a clean out by Angela, she informed me that my tank is exactly the way it's supposed to look! I did a great job treating my septic tank. Everyone is happy!😁, FYI: they have their own one time treatment solution that will last a whole year!!! 🔥

I love Clear Flow. They do not over recommend a tank and field replacement. Only when necessary and the best part? They are not related to any other septic tank companies. Honestly and reliable. Angela was awesome.

Great service at fair pricing. I've had a couple services completed by Clear Flow (Pumping and filter replacement). Both completed at separate times. And on both occasions the team members were nice, knowledgable, and completed services in a timely manner. More recently, I had an unexpected issue with the system and the owner, Sean, stopped by to check out my system, figure out the issue, and troubleshoot it to make sure it's working correctly within minutes – at no extra cost. You can tell they care about the services they provide. Overall, highly recommend!
