Absolutely atrocious record keeping, and they just want your money. Put down a $300 deposit at start of service. Service was ended on 8/8/24. Was told my refund check was mailed at the end of august. End of september comes, no check. I call they say it will be mailed out end of september beginning of october. It is now the middle of november and there is still no check. I ask for the exact date it was mailed, and they can't give me one. They say i might have a wrong address given. Meanwhile they mailed me my final bill to my new address within 2 weeks of my service being shut off. Funny how they can send a bill and know the exact dates of that, but not a refund. Now I have to pay a $30 fee for them to stop the payment and resend it, which who knows if it will get here before 2025. Absolutely awful people.

5th time we lost power in 2 months which is RIDICULOUS. They will take our money but never provide continuous service. There is no emergency number to report it, service is horrible goes on and off constantly. This has to be the WORST electric provider.

I have a permit that has been sitting in their office in limbo for weeks! Apparently the person responsible for signing these is on vacation and is not responding to calls. Work for this electrical project was due to start tomorrow and is now on hold because of the lack of response by the city. Very unfortunate on their part.

The women who work here are by far the most unprofessional, caddy and condescending women on EARTH. They are the holy-ones of parking tickets and will literally parent you about how many tickets you have/payments/ UNRELATED traffic tickets in different counties or comment on things on your record that have nothing to do with the situation at hand, unsolicited. They have an attitude when the judge rules in your favor and works with you on your tickets. They all need to be fired, honestly.

The line from the pole to our home was damaged, and they came out within an hour, and had it fixed within two hours. The workers were friendly and were very willing to answer questions and explain everything.
