Either the system sucks really badly or the people don't work effectively or both. Something must be changed. I believe there are more people in this city suffer because of public services that don’t serve the public accordingly. We work hard, we pay taxes, we don't use welfare benefits, but we get half-decent treatment. Not happy. No transparency on how we must pay for the consequences that was caused by their system error.

They are not welcoming to new people, starting with rude and passive aggressive notes on their office doors. The latest one telling people off for complaining about high water bills. Really doesn’t do good because EVERYTHING here is expensive. If you don’t have an income of $70,000 plus or you aren’t a student, RUN!!! We were told it was a good town. Since I have lived here, older residents have told me if we don’t have ties here then leave because the town has gone downhill. No job opportunities for anyone other than college kids. You can not raise a family here unless you rely on welfare. Our electric bill our first December was $350 for a 3/2 mobile home. The first 2 weeks we didn’t have power because a line connecting to the main line running into our trailer broke. That $350 was a result of 2 1/2 weeks of electricity here. Run, run away.

My front yard has a water leak. Explains why my water bill has been high for a couple of years. The leak goes towards the street. So, the City don't care. I called the city to advise them of their own job(?) They were closed. Pathetic

One of the many times our power went out, I tried calling them to find out if it was my utility bill that needed to be paid. The woman who answered the phone just yelled at me saying they were 'fixing it' before I even had time to ask my question. And then she hung up on me when I tried thanking her. This is a terrible place. I'd honestly rather go to the DMV than the utility office

Service is just horrible. They are rude and lazy. but the drive thru ladies always has a nice attitude but every time i call the utility office, their attitude stinks and when the transfer me over to some lady that works in her office, she always has the most nastiest attitude.

My power goes out multiple times a month. Always without warning and usually on the weekends when their offices are closed so I'm just left in the dark, literally. I pay to much money every month for this less than subpar service; and people wonder why people can't wait to leave this city.
