Every year it’s windy. Every. Year. And yet they do nothing to prepare for or effectively limit the outages caused by wind. WIND!! As if it were just discovered or Dover itself was on some measurably flat plain or in a literal inescapable geographic equivalent of a wind tunnel. Move the cables underground like every other city in the 21st century.

Losing power often, invest in a power outage map to update the local residents about their power outages. Called this number and it says they are no longer taking calls. At least give an approximate amount of time it should be out. -Your fellow Dover resident

Emergency line to report a power outage doesn't even work. It's only going to be 30° tonight what do they care. A Holiday weekend and they cant keep things running or have a line that works. My neighbor depends on a medical device, wth.
