CIC Automotive fixed my breaks that same day! They greeted me cheerfully and took care of my problem quickly. As I waited outside, I herd the mechanics laughing hysterically and genuinely enjoying their job, I never seen that before in an auto shop before, I often see long faces and miserable stares from other places in town. The reason I choose to go to CIC Automotive was because 10 months earlier I had a flat tire and they fixed it for free with a smile on their face. I thought "if they fixed my tire for free that means they really care about people here", and I was right! They are the unicorn auto repair shop that I was looking for. 🙂 By the way, I LOVE the giant bigfoot/sasquatch statue that they got outside. It's awesome!

Multiple times my wife and I have brought our cars here. Whether big or small jobs, different makes, newer or older cars, it's all a simple job to them. And they do it very affordably. CIC: I want you guys to know how much that's appreciated, because I've had experience with countless car shops that make everything sound complicated in order to corner their customers into spending inflated prices. Glad to have this family run shop in the area!

Brought vehicle in called me diagnosed problem both side front In addition tire sensor one for sure other side was told..failing..have secondary insurance repair..was told not covered..believed. had used one other time with same insurance and parts and labor covered.minys 100 dollar Dectuble..called was ready steep price..I called co and in fact it was covered.talked to them..said they would contact the carrier..thru internet..come to find out they has to call..lie nr two..they lie..don't know if parts were needed..so..be careful do due diligence..I will not use them..don't like liers..

Charles, Laura, and their team have ALWAYS done right by us. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. It’s a family business, through and through, which I really appreciate, too. Took my truck in on a last Thursday 1/19/2023 for the engine to be replaced. They worked through the weekend and my new engine was in Monday 1/23/2023. Purrs like a kitten, I feel real good about the people that work there. Thanks to all of you!

They forgot to tighten the lugs on my wheel and it came off on the highway!!!
Had to get a new rotor, pads, calipers, lugs.
Very poor quality assurance cuz i was happy with the product until then.

Edit: My mom drove up from Florida to visit and was worried about needing an alignment to continue her travels. CIC was able to get them in QUICK & very last minute! Low and behold just needed a tire balance! Thank you for taking care of my family I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide this level of service on such sort notice. With the tight travel schedule and also having a disabled family member & the family pet in tow, their quick, & thorough service (& fair price to boot) really eased my mom's stress about the car & mine too! Thank you for the piece of mind, knowing that my family can continue their travels safely!!

Thank you for getting my Jeep in so fast & last minute! I had been putting off some critical maintenance because it was out of my comfort zone & I have never liked going to have service done because it was always hard to find a place I trusted. I will go back to CIC and recommend ANYONE go for their service! Get your vehicle serviced by people that you can trust to do excellent work at a fair price while treating you with dignity! Everyone I came in contact with was professional, helpful, and put me at ease about what was going on-they took the stress out of vehicle maintenance & service. Awesome people, I won't go anywhere else.
