This is a horrible and disrespectful towing company. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. You will get 3-4 different answers from 3-4 different people about the same thing which ends with your time being unremorsefully wasted. Further more, they damaged my vehicle in the process of towing it and refused to take responsibility for it. They don’t care about their customers at all and have no idea what customer service means

they towed my car after I got in an accident and pressured me so much to get the work done at their shop. when I refused because it felt like they where taking advantage of me the driver got pissed off. when they towed it to the dealership they stole items out of my car after I paid for the tow since to pay for the tow you have to sign a sheet that says they are not responsible for stolen items

Also when they dropped it at the dealership they did not tell anyone when they dropped it off and they put it right in front of a bay door and blocked the mechanics working in that bay.

overall the worst tow business I have ever dealt with. neither me nor my friends and family will use them again

Horrible experience, no visible documentation stating towing charges, quoted numerous prices. On 3/24/21, my car was towed to this nightmare location after an accident. Person/mechanic behind the counter ignored me and continued to speak with another worker about their personal current events. While standing listening to their nonsense, I interrupted the conversation. The mechanic behind counter wasn’t polite or professional. A complaint will be made to the State of Connecticut Department that handles contracts with towing companies. This is only a brief description of my experience.

Absolutely disgusting how this Cameron's treated a family that loss a young family member. Insane run around saying reg was expired (NOT HAD PROOF), then wanted the title, then charged $321 for a tow (vechile there approximately 35hrs) then was told tows must be paid in cash (NO SIGNS. IN FACT CREDIT CARD POSTS ALL OVER). And then the kicker after paying they say "technically speaking you can't take the vehicle "!!!!!! (A long private reason) Basically was told to go to CT DMV and lie!! Long story. The grieving parents #1 should NEVER have been treated like this and #2 They should NEVER have had to pay a dime!!!
This "business" needs to learn COMPASSION, COMMUNITY AND JUST DO THE RIGHT MORAL THING!!!

Went there for service and new tires for my X5 and the owner Dave was super helpful and made sure I was taken good care of. I had my car serviced and back on the road in no time. I highly recommend going when Dave is there..great spot!!

Lack of communication. One person told me one price and I paid a different price when I picked up the car. It was in the tow yard. The 2nd price was cheaper.

They let me get my tools i make a living with out of vechicle even thou State trooper(Misenti badge#1396) made a error in judgement where I entered diamond lane and had to stop sudden cause traffic in front stopped bared RIGHT and was struck by Massachusetts handicap vechicle with 1 passenger in the rear of my 1998 Ford explorer no air bags deployed in my truck cause no sensors in rear BMW however had all air bags deployed! He told me cameras DON'T record to prove my true facts
However I LEARNED from channel 3 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION HAS RECORDS SO I GOT ATTORNEY CARTER& MARIO TO HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER !
THANK GOD FOR CARTER&MARIO THEY ARE TRULY A GOD SEND TO ME! I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM THIS OFFICER AND PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE! BECAUSE they made me feel AWFUL through all I'VE be through that Day!SINCERELY JEFF
