Were easy to work with, had good communications, were fairly priced and their technicians were great. they were here when they said they’d be on site. Were very professional, did excellent work, left the area clean, and completed the job on time.

Chrissy Rhodes did a fabulous job organizing the removal of my old school oil tank and installed a new Roth tank. Jose and George, who were the two employees who did the actual work could not have been nicer. They both did a thorough job and left our home as they found it. Recommend this company highly.

I've worked with C2G twice now, and both times were excellent. They tackled a tough oil tank removal from a crawlspace at my old place, so when I needed a replacement at my new home years later, they were my first call. Their quote was competitive, and Chrissy in the Connecticut office made the whole process smooth—job done in under 1 week! Hopefully, I won’t need another oil tank anytime soon, but if you do, I highly recommend contacting C2G!

I'm very happy with the service provided. We needed our oil tank replaced. Their quote for the same exact tank, warranty and service was half of every HVAC company we spoke with. They did a great job. The job was supposed to take about 4-5 hours and ended up taking 7 due to the fact that there was some issue with my furnace connection. However they were able to fix that the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The staff at the office along with the guys they sent out were very respectful. Comfortable enough to recommend them to family and friends.

The quality of this company is excellent. Response time for communication was especially good. The quote that i received was competitive and clear. The team that came to the removal site arrived on that day and at the time stated. I was called when they would be 10 minutes late.....amazing. The work that the crew completed was quick and thorough. I would definitely suggest this company

I'm writing this review with mixed reactions. After having my furnace serviced, it was highly recommended that I replace the oil tank due to numerous pinholes. They recommended C2G. Speaking with Chrissy regarding the installation options and costs was a pleasant experience. She thoroughly explained the installation process and promptly emailed me all of the necessary paperwork. An installation date was scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th. The two gentlemen (installers) arrived on time, were very professional, and finished the job in about 4.5 hours. They explained that I had 125 gallons of oil transferred from my old tank into my new tank. Later that evening (approximately 5 hours after the installation), we had no heat. The float gauge was on zero (picture attached). I called C2G the next morning (October 30th). Due to prior commitments, no one would be available/home until Friday, November 1st. With mild temperatures during the day and at night, with an extra sweater or blanket, the house was tolerable. On the evening of October 31st, I received a voicemail message from Chrissy stating that, per a supervisor, if I had hot water, then I MUST have heat. The supervisor incorrectly assumed my water is heated with oil/the furnace. I have a gas hot water heater. On November 1st, the gentlemen arrived Friday afternoon, replaced the gauge, and fixed the line. Before leaving, one of the gentlemen indicated that they had installed everything correctly, and if I still had a problem, it MUST be with the furnace. The furnace was fully serviced a week prior, and it was working properly before the new tank installation. After the necessary corrections (gauge replacement/line repair), we have heat.
