All these people posting reviews about how overpriced the water is like they gaf. Bryant is run by a few elite people and all the taxes are mismanaged. I’m sure it’s a lot of pocket padding and misuse of money. You know how many people have mansions in this city. It’s the hundreds maybe thousands. Drive around the other side of Larry’s pizza, extreme rich. Are the schools and services really that good w all the money flowing.

I don’t know how many people work at the water office but it seems that half of them are nice and helpful and the other half are rude and counter productive. Thats why there are mixed reviews about the staff here. When call you can tell within seconds what type of person you are dealing w. Hang up and call back in an hour and hope the person that answers is one of the females that has her head screwed on and then you can at least make some reason and get a better deal.

Keep in mind the water dept will screw you and they don’t have simple/modern ways of payment. They’re not going to change. If you want change then protest but who has time for that and that’s what the rich are banking on. Never forget this place is white flight.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately you have to go there to speak with someone. They didn't answer the 3 times I called and the phone rang the entire time I was there, and everyone was to busy to answer it. Maybe hire some additional office staff?

So I had a post about them a few years ago concerning the high billing which, of course, has never been resolved. They maintain their status as the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. I am retired USMC so I have lived a lot of places and dealt with many utility companies and this one by far exceeds all of them as being the absolute worst. Just bought a house. First thing I am told is I cannot have it turned on more than 5 days at 2 locations. Absolutely ridiculous as, I mean who cares, I am paying the bill. So what should it matter so long as they get their money? So then when I tell them that is ridiculous I am immediately transferred to someone else that says oh you can have it on at both locations for however long you want, but you will have to pay the $75 deposit for the new address. Then when you cancel the old address you will get that deposit back. Not sure I believe that with their track record so far living here. So I decided I want to do that. Well now you have to go to them to fill out another application and bring cash or a money order. I mean why can they not use a debit card? Is this not 2022? I bought a house here because I love Bryant and the people here, but something seriously needs to be done with this water company. Rude staff, outrageous bills, and very bad processes.

The water is overpriced, it is nasty, and they have the worst customer service ever. I like the mayor, but he needs to figure this out. Also, why do all these other big cities have their trash service combined with their water, but my water bill is $100 for 3 people, and I have to pay a separate trash bill. Also, I think it is ridiculous that they do not have curbside pickup for people's junk. Bryant is too big not to offer these services. Yes, you can get TWO dump coupons a year, but that doesn't get people to remove their junk off the side of the road, and it would be a nice service in general. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I won't even go into the new billing system.......

called about my bill where I was over charged for a leak at my apartment. The lady answering the phone was completely rude and unprofessional with me. They apparently only pay 50% back of leaks even when it’s not the clients fault. was told I needed to take up the rest with my apartment complex like they will pay for the rest. Will NEVER be using this water company AGAIN!

Be prepared to pay outrageous prices for water…something God put on the earth for all of us to use yet the city of bryant wants you to pay $500 a month for it
the women that answer the phone are so rude and mean it’s almost like being in a full on street gang war fight just talking on the phone to them
the paper bill never comes and even if it does you wouldn’t be able to understand it
they claim you get all these late fees which is just their way of taking further advantage of the citizens of bryant…milk them for every single dime they have has to be the motto for this company
this is just another evil entity that uses wicked principalities to do the devil’s work
they will fall just like the rest of them n so will every old mean witch lady that answers the phone for them too

This company is the worse utility company I have ever done business with the water bills are extremely over priced and customer service is extremely rude this company needs to be investigated because some stealing some where no way these ɓills should be this expensive

I’m trying to figure out how the sewage cost and the other charges are more then My water usage charge? I’m paying $70 of sewage and the water usage is only $30. How does this add up. Someone please explain this to me. The people that work there are always rude when I call them to figure out my bill. Hell I should go dig me a well with as high as my bill is.
