This is the best auto repair shop I have ever visited!! Broke down in Waynesboro headed to Tennessee with 5 hours to go. I called them and they didn't hesitate in making an emergency repair to our truck. Turned out the fuel relay/pump went bad. 5 hours later we are on the road headed to Vacay! Repair cost was reasonable. They are the nicest people we have met in a very long time. THANK YOU!!! ❤️

I recently took my car to them to fix. It didn’t take them long to fix it. When I picked up my car it was a huge relief that none of those lights came on to let me know things were great . Best part was the engine light was off that had been on since I bought the car. Thank you so much to all of you. Impressive results.

Back in June my 2014 terrain had the check engine light on, and it was making a really loud noise from inside the motor. Took it to brooks and ending up having the whole top half of the motor rebuilt, well last week my terrain started making the same noise and I called and was told to have it dropped off and they would take a look at it. Well it ended up being the same thing that had happen before and brooks took care of it at no cost to me (other than an oil change) and had it ready to be picked up today. I was so worried I would have to fork out over 3k again in less than 4 1/2 months, but brooks honored their work and parts. I highly recommend them and will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

We had the best experience with Brooks Auto. We were 12 hours from home and our check engine light came on with our 2016 Honda Odyssey on Sunday. We called them Monday morning and they said they could squeeze us in. Not only did they squeeze us in, they took care of the van right away, changed the spark plugs and an ignition coil at such a fair price! My husband was back at our resort to be able to enjoy our last day of vacation and we were able to get back to Illinois in a fixed vehicle. We can't thank you enough, you are such a blessing!!! 5 STAR SERVICE! 🌟
