The tech JT came out and was super friendly and knew right away how to fix my problems. He went above and beyond, explaining the options and even helping me with some unrelated household issues. I've been a customer of for long time and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Every interaction, from scheduling appointments to the actual service, has been smooth and professional.

The ladies from customer service is top-notch; whenever I call, they are courteous and helpful. (Super early I have to say) One thing that stands out is their technician, David, who has consistently gone above and beyond. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and always arrives on time and always helping with a Video to provide my tenants in case they need help on the future on how to use the thermostat.

I've had several maintenance visits and a repair done by him, and each time, he has taken the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. It's evident that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Brite Electric was able to schedule an appointment same day for a reasonable price to clean and tune my home's HVAC unit. The technician who came to my home was professional, friendly, and helpful. He pidid a thorough job cleaning out the blower, condenser, and drain lines. I would certainly use this company again in the future.

I came home to a house with no AC. The temperature was 80° inside. If you live in Metro Orlando, you know how fast the heat will build up.
I contacted Brite AC( They installed my new unit five years ago) They told me they could have their first available technician response today. An hour hour and a half later the technician was diagnosing the situation. A bad capacitor.
Thanks for the Ultra quick response.
