I went this morning, looking for help in fixing a snowblower with stuck pull cord. In addition to treating me like dirt, the guy I met appears clueless about snowblowers. After keeping me in the workshop for almost two hours, this person claimed that the pull cord on my otherwise brand new snowblower is "not fixable." As a "solution", he offered either to sell me an old snowblower for 300$ or take my machine back but pay 45$ "diagnosis fee". Not happy with both choices, but I walked away paying the so called diagnosis fee for nothing. I don't recommend this person at all.

Dudes chased me with a chainsaw and took my 40 dollars… terrible service people!!! They couldn’t tell my mower was broken and sounded weird!!! Needed my money after it broke again!! They didn’t want to give it back!! Crazy moment !! Don’t come here fake… nicotine smoking in the building and everything!!! Unprofessional

My husband and I had bought a used generator about 2 years ago. We needed it serviced as the gas was leaking out of it. We brought it to Brasile's Outdoor Power Equipment and couldn't be happier with the service that we received! Quick turn around time, decently priced, trustworthy and very friendly owner and staff. Very clean shop! Will be recommending them to family and friends! They made my husband and I lifetime customers! Highly Recommend!

I have been bringing my.snowblower to my neighbor for years to be serviced. He moved a few months ago and I found Brasile's through a recommendation from a friend.. could not be happier from start to finish. Everyone there was super friendly. Not sure what my old neighbor was doing all those years but my snowblower after being serviced at Brasile's sounded better , ran better and smoother then ever.. and the price was awesome!!!! Definitely bring all my machines there!!!

Huge thumbs up for Gerald. He completely overhauled my snowblower, and now it runs better than I can ever remember. For all of the top-to-bottom work he did, his price was also incredibly reasonable. His pick-up and drop-off service was crucial and also priced very fairly.
