The office and staff are amazing! Everyone is so caring and professional. Dr Dan and Dr McDuffie did such good work and attention to detail. So I have a story here. I’m not the best at taking care of my teeth and haven’t seen a Dentist in years. After going to Boyette Dental and meeting Dr McDuffie I was told my situation was challenging but doable! Hours later I had a Complete Life Change! I felt instantly happy!! And this is just the beginning!! A couple of more steps and I’ll be Smiling Robert again!!

I went in for a new patient exam and same-day cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone here is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful!

From the very beginning, Ashley at the front desk was amazing. She answered all my questions over the phone and helped me book an appointment for the same week. Venessa followed up via email to ensure my X-ray records were sorted and ready before my visit.

Tina, the dental assistant, was wonderful during my appointment. She took additional X-rays and completed other procedures to establish baseline records, all while being incredibly sweet and communicative. Kaitlyn (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), the hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Both Tina and Kaitlyn checked in with me frequently to ensure I was comfortable, and they clearly explained every step of the process. I truly felt cared for throughout the visit.

Dr. McDuffie conducted my examination, and I was equally impressed. He was patient, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain my oral health condition, address my concerns, and answer all of my questions—especially after a recent negative experience with a nearby dentist who tried to upsell unnecessary treatments.

Overall, I would absolutely come back here for my routine dental care needs, even if it means paying out of pocket because my insurance is out of network. That’s how great this team is!
