I love love love BocaCode!!! They are all about inclusivity. Last month, I decided to take a UX class at Bocacode. (I'm deaf) when I arrived there, teachers, students, and staff were wearing clear masks so that I could read their lips. They even practice ASL to communicate with me. They hired one of the BEST sign language interpreters in South Florida.

This place is top tier! I went through their 10 week Software Engineer Course and it was amazing! All the instructors and TAs are more than willing and helpful throughout the process. They don't just prepare you with hard coding skills, but also interpersonal, team building, interviewing, and many other real world skills to be prepared coming out of class into the workforce. These guys are incredible ,and they really do a great job building a community centered around the tech industry. You should be considering Boca Code if you are serious about getting into software and tech.

Fun course with lots of teacher attention and classmate socializing!

The Game Dev Intro course was really great. The course content included demonstrations followed by practice, which made it easier to understand how the main software (Unity) actually worked in action. Plus classmates shared their experiences on real game projects during the course, and open access to teacher even after the course was over on the school's Slack group. The teacher was supportive, easy to follow, and really funny too (oh boy were there puns). It was a really good introduction to game design and coding. I’m so glad I took the course.

Choosing to completely change your career is a huge decision - choosing where to go to school is the same. Boca Code is hands down the best place to learn to be a software engineer. From their short courses to their 10 week career course. You will learn so many useful skills and meet so many people within the tech community. I took the career course plus some short courses and I am currently a working software engineer and I couldn't have done it without Boca Code and the people who pour their lives into it.

Boca Code sets the bar for coding bootcamps. Todd and team assembled a challenging curriculum that will have you thinking like a software engineer and prepared for the workforce. Just to give you some insight into the scope of what we covered, here are some of the technologies that my classmates used for their final project: SQL, NoSQL (both MongoDB && Firestore), React, AWS, GCP, Express, Node, Ant Design, React Bootstrap, Material UI. In addition to the coursework, the community and speakers that present to the class are unparalleled. Just this week we've had Senior SDEs, multiple successful startup founders, and leaders from Fortune 500 companies come to speak with us. Thank you Todd, Jonathan, Michelle, Dari, and Zach for an amazing 10 weeks!
