Technican arrived early and was very courteous and knowledgable. Performed maintenance on heat pump. I've being using Big Red since 2016 and trust their work. I've also used their County Appliance side to have work done on my washer and my dryer. Again top notch service and very pleased. Highly recommend these folks. They also have service contracts which I'm a big fan of and I pay a small monthly fee for the peace of mind.

I worked through both Maria and Amber. They both were so knowledgeable and friendly. They were even able to dispatch a service call a day early. Ben was the technician. He was also friendly knowledge and efficient. He took time to answer my questions. My fridge is now running back to cool temperatures thanks to Big Red Services.
