I give Bens Pro Serve and your representative Anthony five stars. He arrived on time, completed all the work requested and was extremely careful with my property. I have an old house which sometimes makes even a simple task for a contractor more difficult. Anthony was courteous and efficient. He explained what he was doing and was able to fix all of my electrical issues and ensure that my house is safe. He double checked to make sure that everything was cleaned up and put back in its place. I couldn’t be happier with him and the service from Bens Pro Serve and I would recommend them and Anthony highly.

A+ service. My heater had issues late in the evening and Ben’s came out at 9pm to check it out. Unfortunately my home’s heater was at least 30hrs old and had needed to be replaced. It was one of the coldest weeks this winter and Stan from Ben’s was quick to help out and schedule the install for the following day. I would highly recommend them as them came highly recommended to me.

Ben's ProServ is top notch!! Had a complete HVAC replacement including a new hot water heater to replace my 22 year old system. Marty came out to take measurements and give me a quote. He tolerated all my questions and phone calls in the days following. He made me feel like I was a friend, not just a customer. Install techs Chris, Kyle, & Paul were amazing. Extremely respectful of my home and my family. Actually enjoyed our conversations throughout the install process. We had a leaking pipe in our basement. Josh came out within an hour of our call and was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about what caused the problem. He fixed it with no issues. Price was reasonable for being after hours. Would definitely use them again.

Stan’s the man. We called because our hot water stopped working. It was late (7pm ish) and we are just out of their service area. But he still called back and helped us fix it over the phone. Took over an hour and he was great. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great service 👍🏻

Proserve just came over to fix the blower on my heater. The tech went out,got the new blower and was finished installing in less than 30 minutes. Great service,reasonable price. They are the people to call when you have a problem. Thank you
