I am very pleased to offer my absolute highest endorsement of the Bay County Government Center. I've visited on several occasions and utilized services from Licensing, Veteran Services, Voter information, Study at the Beautiful and well-equipped Library, and Vehicle Registration. The wait time was minimal, even for those without an appointment, and I was able to quickly complete my task. The Customer service was excellent, and the staff very friendly and they were very organized. The people i spoke with there actually loved their jobs and all had positive attitudes. I've lived in nearly a dozen other states and utilized Government services in all of them. Rest assured, none have been this organized, or complete. And because its a government facility, there was a noticeable Security Presence, allowing me to focus on the task at hand, and worry less about my surroundings.

gale at the EMS records department was rude, flippant, and unhelpful when I followed up on a records request. "oh great" as I asked her to do her job, and before I could ask her a question or narrow the search she just went "not here" and hung up. despicable

Terrible. Just terrible. Their offices were closed for 2 weeks straight during the last weeks in december.. the stress of dealing with this place has taken years off of my life.
