Please put an end to unethical practices like upgrading accounts without customer consent and deducting non-maintenance charges.

My experience with Axis Bank's HSR Layout branch (27th Main) in Bangalore, especially with the Branch Manager and Senior Manager, Mr. Mahendaran Narayanappa, has been a complete nightmare. Their blatant disregard for customer issues, unprofessionalism, and sheer incompetence have forced me to visit the branch five times in the past two weeks, with absolutely no resolution in sight. This level of negligence is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their lack of respect for customers.

Worst service, Today I went for taking Gold loan.
The gold validator has broken my bangle. He changed the shape of bangle. They are saying that this is their practice. Please don't go for gold loan here. And my bangle is 22 k 916 Halmark bangle but that validator is saying that it's not halmark without proper checking. Then I showed him the 916 symbol. Please avoid taking gold loans from this bank.

Worst experience in this Branch every time I visited. The Manager is not customer service oriented nor his staff....some of the other problems in this branch. Please revamp this branch or close it down for better good of customers

Worst banking ever. These branch people are the worst. They dont tell you clearly the eta and then they they go mia. They took my cheque for opening current account, encashed it and didn't open current account for 15 days. My business funds were stuck for more then 1 month
