5 Stars – Honest and Fair Auto Shop!

I had a fantastic experience at Auto Clinic of Brandon! They are honest, fair, and truly care about their customers. My first time at Auto clinic I had my air conditioning compressor replaced, and then one-time recently I stopped by with a different issue with my truck, and instead of trying to upsell me or make it a big repair, they quickly took the time to fix it right there in the parking lot. Since it was a simple fix, they didn’t even charge me! It’s hard to find mechanics who are this upfront and trustworthy. Their fair pricing and excellent customer service have definitely earned my business in the future. Highly recommended.

They were amazing!! My Alfa Romeo giulia the underguard was dragging and they were able to screw it back on with no problem without no cost! I wanted to tip him so bad lol he didn’t want it so here I am leaving a 5 star review woohoo!!! Thanks again!

I could not begin to tell you how many years I’ve been going to John at Auto Clinic 🚘. Hands-down he’s gotta be the best in town. He looks out for you. He has no reason to rip you off. The man has one of the best businesses in town when it comes to car repair. I haven’t taken my vehicles anywhere in probably the last 20 years or so. Do you want an honest mechanic Auto Clinic 🚘 is where you need to go. Ask for John or Anthony guarantee they take good care of you.

My car had a problem so simple that once they got it up on the lift and fixed it, they didn't even charge me! Mechanics made sure I thoroughly understood the problem and the repair, as well as another issue my car had. Excellent service. They'll be getting my business from now on.

I have been a customer here for approximately 20 years. I would never change where I take my vehicles. I’ve never met a more honest Mechanic. Years ago I sent my daughter who was 16 years old at the time to them. Her check engine light was on. They checked the car out for me, and determined that it was a fuse. They replaced the fuse, and sent her on her way. I send my now 17-year-old daughter to them as she tells me that her brakes are squealing. They checked out her car and informed me that her brakes were fine. I have so many stories of how they could have taken advantage, and didn’t. I would recommend them a million times over!!

I visited the shop today to try to solve a dilemma I was having, non-auto related by the way (patio furniture-related). Anthony tried to solve the problem and when he couldn't, he pointed me in the right direction. I am leaving this review because kindness goes a long way. Thank you auto clinic. A couple of days ago, I ran across a problem with my vehicle and had to be towed to Auto Clinic, Brandon, FL. I alerted Anthony of the mechanical problem, and he was able to get the vehicle in quickly for a diagnosis. John the owner and his mechanic(s) checked all possibilities. I was kept informed by John, only to give me good news that a problem was not found and the vehicle was test driven several times with the original problem never showing. I was very pleased with the attention and customer service skills from John and his team. They have been my go-to place for 20+ years for our car problems. Great job GUYS! 👏
