Lisa was very rude and condescending to me when I asked why my water hadn’t been turned on after I had been waiting for over 24 hours. She was talking to me like I was really stupid. I think your staff needs to be trained better on how to deal with customers. On the other hand Jerry was very nice and apologetic for the entire situation and came out immediately to fix the issue. He’s a great technician.

Been trying to call and phone only rings. Someone finally picks up this time, doesn't say anything, but places me immediately on hold...5 min so far.

ETA: I did eventually get someone on the phone. She addressed my concern quickly and was friendly.

I normally don't post reviews but we have lived in Auburndale for 8 years and have had to unfortunately deal with them and they have NEVER been polite! No help when needed no extensions when asked I just get "we give a two week grace period" the lady Lisa is INCREDIBLY rude! If you are going to work in service you need to learn to talk to people rather than be rude and snappy. It take little effort to be polite and a little understanding even if there is nothing you can do to help. We have struggled since the pandemic. Every other company has worked with us. Given us a few days extra. Not Auburndale utilities.

They refuse to help unless it earns them $$$$$
A friend has standing water and called. Because the bill hasn't changed they rudly informed them that the utility won't come look at it to tell where the leak is. So it will take a heavy flow that jumps the bill up into the hundreds if not more before they care. It's all about the $$$$$ and a slow leak that wastes water when everyone is trying to conserve is ok by them. Heaven forbid they take 15 minutes with the scanner so a customer can fix an obvious issue. Water has been standing like this for 3+ months...

Stopping in to pay the water bill is always quick and easy. The staff have me out in a minute most of the time. They're always friendly to me and seem professional. I only wish they were open later for those days where I get held up, but otherwise they're great.

It's a shame that I can't get zero Stars the so-called supervisor named AKA Lisa doesn't even know State statutes and when I bring them up to her some reason in her remedial mind she thinks that city ordinance goes above State statutes I don't know what kind of people you have working for you up there at this place of business but this place should not be in business as to be shut down because all they do is take people's money render no services come up with ridiculous bills that don't even add up with the utilities used you can't talk to anybody in there cuz they are so rude to try to constantly interrupt you so you have to speak louder than them to get them to be quiet for you can finish saying what you're saying which even though then it doesn't really matter cuz they ain't concerned with any of what you have to say if you're not there just to give in and give your money they expect you to get out they don't allow you to do no reconnect fee then instead they turn off your services completely and make you do a whole new application for they can get another down payment it's completely ridiculous are we sure that they're at the City of auburndale utilities or are they the mob

Terrible customer service I asked for 24 hours extension to pay my bill, my wife is an at home dialysis patient and they refused and were quite rude about it too!
Won't even let me pay a partial amount they will only accept the full amount how stupid is that?
Theu need a reminder they serve us the customer !!
