I could DRIVE 3 hours round-trip to this office before a representative picks up the phone.

They have been a decent service the last three years, but now I can’t get a hold of anyone to disconnect my service. 260 minute wait time in the phone. There is an option for them to call you back, but that didn’t happen.

The new MYAVECC is terrible. It is not easy to navigate. Capabilities have been taken away. Now, you do not answer the phones or leave people on hold for half a day. You have over a month to fix these issues and they are not fixed. This is not feeling very cooperative to me. Very inconsiderate. Not mindful.

I have been tryinging to call since the 29th and no one will answer the phone. Finally got the system to call me back when it was my turn in line (3 hours later) and I've now been on hold for another hour. Like why did you call me back when it was not even close to my turn in line.

Trash company. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for the longest time. They charged me 297$ for the month of December. I used the heater the whole month so I had no problem paying them that money. I turned off my heater for the whole month of January and the bill still came to 297$. I called and after multiple different calls and supposedly supposed to get called back. They finally answer after I waited while at work and they told me I used more in the kilowatts in the month of January then I did in December but they are still going to charge me the same? Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. Wendy a person that is supposed to help the situation. Did nothing but make it worse. She was more concerned that I cook at home 2 times a week then helping me out with my bill. Explaining kilowatts does nothing when you charge me the same when I “supposedly” used more watts. When the heater was off the whole month. I’m looking forward to moving and changing electric companies. It’s a shame that they can just screw you over and you can’t do anything about cause there’s no other electric companies you can use in the area and they use that to their advantage. That’s why people like Wendy can just not care about the customers cause there’s nothing they can do but move.

Worst power company. Web site is useless. No shut off notices. Rude employees. They just suck. I miss my co-op in Missouri. Months later and nothing has changed. We need another choice for power.

Power is out and trying to pay by text and the system won't let me change credit card info. So then try automated system over the phone and it's acting wacky, saying wrong pmt amount and won't accept my card info, try to talk to a live person and all she does is argue with me about what I know I pushed and of course can't take a payment for me so I try auto system again, doing the same thing. So now after working nights and getting shut off at 9am for $2.03, I have to get up and risk my life driving to some kiosk or to the company which moved all the way to cedarville which is about a 25 min drive one way just to try and make a payment and get it turned back on. Worst company I've dealt with in a while. If you can't make a payment using YOUR automated services, listen to your customers tell you something's wrong, have it fixed and do not argue with people and for Christ sake take a payment for them!!! World is obsolete of good customer service or real people anymore and we rely on these computer systems that are always messing up!!!
