The gas company's locator never came out, after the 2nd call. The 811 operator on the 2nd call was very rude, cutting me off, saying,"I just need to give you the new ticket #, so I can take the next call, and hung up "

If you call in a locate they will not help you know if it's been finished which is one thing but expect no empathy rather just rude service from service personnel that only want to fill out a locate form, not give you a clue and usher you off the phone in wonder
