We needed a rush soils report and American GeoServices stepped up!
They were able to get to our property the day we found out we needed it. We received a report within 3 days (which meant working on a Saturday) and they have been responsive and extremely reliable the whole way through the process. I could not recommend these guys more. I usually don't write reviews..but these guys deserve this review.
From the beginning, we were in the process of buying land. We contacted another soils testing company located in Pueblo that popped up as the top company in the area (rhymes with basic)...This was SO FAR from the truth and they screwed us.
Our time was getting very close to needing this done in order to make a decision to move forward or not. After several phone calls to other companies without any luck.......I contacted Sam at AmericanGeo on a SATURDAY and explained the situation and the short time line..
Once speaking to Sam he listened and was on it! The tech was out there the next day and the report to me just in time for us to be able to make this life changing decision. They went far and above for us! Thank you Sam
