Travis and Dylan installed a generator interlock for our existing panels. They arrived promptly and worked hard to complete our installation in a reasonable timeframe. Can’t say enough about these guys - they asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood our goals for the project, spent a lot of time checking that everything worked before they left, made sure we understood how to operate the system and made recommendations for future upgrades. Very courteous and very neat, you’d never know they were there after they left. Recommend them and American Electric for all of your power needs!

Highly recommended! Needed electrical fix for homeowners insurance and were available right away. Travis and Dilliun were right on time, professional and so pleasant to deal with. I had blown 3 outlets due to a space heater .i called at 7 am they came right out at 8 and diagnosed and fixed it for me . The price was reasonable George and Harry were friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again they were amazing .

American Electric installed our Generic whole house generator.
They were knowledgeable about the product and help us determine the size we needed. Also helped us work with the propane company for getting the correct tank.
The installation was completed in a day, And took the time needed to walk through operation of the unit.
The generator ran for over 24 hours during hurricane Helene without issues.

I was referred by a relative and the service from Appointment to Install was prompt and professional. Everyone from dispatch to electrician was friendly and the results of the installation of lighting fixtures looks amazing. The chandelier was a difficult install but it was handled with no problem whatsoever. The kitchen is a great improvement from the previous 4' basic ballast that originally came with the home. Thanks to all at American Electric. I will be calling again for any electrical needs for my home.

I completely recommend American Electric. Their technicians are highly skilled, very polite and patient with those of us who actually don't know what we're talking about when it comes to anything electrical lol .
