We recently used American Bio-Tech to repair woodpecker damage to our house and are absolutely thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, they exceeded expectations.

Communication was excellent, clear, and timely. The job required multiple visits, and every appointment was met precisely on time – a testament to American Bio-Tech's commitment to customer satisfaction.

The technician, Darren, was the star of the show. He was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the process. His craftsmanship is impeccable; the repairs are flawless. You can barely tell there was ever any damage. Darren was meticulously detailed and clearly takes pride in his work. Beyond his skill, he was respectful, courteous, and a genuinely kind person. We offered a tip, but he politely declined, a true mark of integrity.

I called American Bio-Tech to schedule an inspection of my attic because I’ve seen some droppings on my deck. Dylan came over yesterday to check out the situation. I could not be happier with American Bio-Tech. Every aspect of the process of ridding my attic of mice and squirrels was efficient and completely effective. The staff are friendly and respect the time of their customers. Victor spent a full day sealing up possible entryways and he was professional, skilled, and patient with all my questions. Dustin explained the process to me and followed up with care and kindness, removing the last of the traps today. My problem is solved but should it return, I'll call American Bio-Tech right away.

I can’t say enough good things about Dustin and American Bio-Tech Wildlife Services. The team was incredible and Dustin came out to assess our squirrel issue almost immediately. Dustin was able to video tape our momma squirrel during his assessment, saw where she had gotten into the house to make her nest, and gave me an incredibly fair quote. Dustin got the traps set up, caught the momma and 5 “sub-adults” humanely, and made sure no babies were left behind before sealing the hole and reinforcing multiple roof sites.

We highly recommend American Bio-Tech. They did a great job of capturing the woodchucks that would have destroyed our vegetable garden. In three days, Dustin caught three woodchucks -- and treated them in a humane way before releasing them in a rural area far from us. Whew! Now we can enjoy our harvest.

The team of Dustin and Victor came out to the house to do the second stage of bat removal. They arrived on time and did their work expeditiously and completely. Dustin clearly explained the process and gladly tweaked some of the work done on the initial visit. His co-worker Victor was very pleasant and polite. The true litmus test of course is no long term evidence of harboring bats in our attic, but I must say they were pleasant and efficient in doing their work.
