I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Amazon. Despite being a loyal customer who has purchased hundreds of items and spent thousands of dollars, I was unable to access my account information due to their rigid policy. After not logging in for over a year, they refused to assist me because I couldn't tell them a recent transaction. They have all my purchase records and personal details, yet they refused to help. This made it impossible for me to access receipts needed for insurance claims. Even a supervisor was unwilling to assist. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this Amazon. I've been a loyal Prime customer, I have had my whole home run by several Alexa devices. I've also have purchased just about every Fire device. But I guess I'm not important or loyal enough for them. Maybe if I was buying millions from instead of only tens of thousands.

Yesterday around 6pm myself and my friend walked up to the Amazon counter. Black woman with a fade and black guy were behind the counter as me and my friend approached. They both turned their backs on us! Completely ignored us for almost 2 minutes! The woman looked back and gave us a nasty look and turned back around. Myself and my friend ‘look’ Hispanic. I feel that these two Amazon workers were being racist towards us. I watched them quickly help other customers! Rude and disrespectful. Terrible service! I ended up having to use the kiosk because these two ignorants never acknowledged us! Otherwise ive had great experience and treatment by other Amazon associates in the past. These two need to be held accountable for their unprofessional treatment! Get it right Amazon!

They are always out of bags in the morning before they open for the day with a person there! Why don’t they make sure there’s bags there when they leave at night? Plus, it’s such a waste of plastic.
Then they don’t have measurements of how big of a box you can put in that little return bin so then people put these huge boxes in there and it gets stuck and then you have to ask somebody to empty it or you’re stuck the only way now to return anything for free is through Whole Foods And this is the only one in Bloomington or the surrounding area for miles!!! why can’t we go to UPS?
