The central A/C in my historically designated condo failed in the middle of a heat wave. Besides not cooling the air, it caused ice to accumulate on the coil and melt, causing considerable water damage to the the ceiling of the unit below mine, compounding the urgency of the situation. Chad answered my call promptly, fitting me into his schedule between other jobs, and sprang into action. He did quickly determined the whole system needed replacing, and presented me with several options, all of which he thoroughly explained. All solutions required access to at least one other unit, and maybe two. Because the building is a historical landmark, any lines from the coil in my unit to the condenser outside had to use existing exit portals. Neither one of the downstairs residents was cooperative in scheduling access for estimates or repairs. One of them insisting she would only allow access when she was home on Saturdays.

Chad was able to negotiate weekday access by agreeing to work after regular hours and well into the night, completing that portion of the job in one visit, including tracing the previous line that ran behind a wall and through the exist hole in the brick of the outside.

I'm completely satisfied with the new installation. Chad is a superb craftsman and a skilled interpersonal diplomat. The whole job was finished on time and on budget!!

Our Buderis furnace broke so we were without heat & hot water for 3 days. We called the owner, Chad, and he was able to come the following morning. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend this company.

Chad installed a unit in our addition to our home. It has never worked properly.
He came out several times and I still don't have a working unit. Now he is not picking up the phone at all.
