I cannot say enough positive things about affordable remediation. This is the second experience I’ve had with Dominick and both have been pleasant, easy, and non stressful. Dominick is extremely friendly , understanding, and compassionate. The first experience we did an air test on our home for a peace of mind no remediation was required. The second time unfortunately we had to go through the remediation process, however We were given a lot of information and comfort. He is very knowledgeable and made the process of remediation very easy. He is patient and listened to all of our concerns we had to make sure our environment was safe for our family. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a slow leak over a period of years that ended up doing a lot of damage. Dominick De Fendis described the services available and they got to work very quickly. More work had to be done, once they got started, and they were up to the task. Work was completed on time and on budget. Very fair pricing! I'm grateful to Dom and his experienced crew.

From start to finish, the Dominick and his team were incredibly prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and thoroughly to remove the mold and ensure my home was safe. The entire process was hassle-free, and they offered a very reasonable price for such professional service. Posting this review for Dominick!! I called him to check out my basement for mold .... he came over and checked it out for me turns out there was no mold and he was very very honest and while other companies would have said yea there's tons and charged me a arm and a leg. Nothiong but an easy solution to a nasty problem that appeared overnight. Promptly on time and met all the dates that were promised. My space was left clean and with no residue of the water damage.
