Great service from the techs that came out to install our NEMA 14-50. Also, the estimate was not the cheapest, but their employee that came out for the estimate was informative and friendly. Other companies were condescending when we asked questions.

EE&C were instrumental in my desire to electrify my home. I now have the induction stove I wanted which required more power than was currently running to my kitchen. My only complaint, and it wasn't enough to have them loose a star, but my only complaint was that I was left to find someone to fill the holes they left. For customer service, it would have been nice if they had 1 or 2 names to give me of professionals they recommend to patch the holes.

First time using this company they were amazing I gave them 5 stars two years ago. I used them again in December 2023 since I didn’t want to call around for quotes. The front desk girl is horrible at picking up phone calls and never calls back to voicemails. I got an outlet installed for $125 by Marcos he’s been amazing. Two months later, I try using them again and get a quote for $150. I let them know I literally just had one installed and the price was adjusted to $125. I book the appointment and see the price has jumped back up to $150. I speak to the front desk girl who said she’d speak to the owner of the business on Thursday. My appointment was set for today, Monday. I never hear back from her and it seems my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. Time to find a new company since this is how you treat repeat business.

Nick was very helpful and informative when giving an estimate arriving in person. He answered all my questions and or concerns and offered a very fair price for the work. The young lady booking the appointment for me was friendly, empathetic, and offered assistance when I had to reschedule due complications with the receiving of my equipment for install from an outside vendor. Marcos who conducted the work was extremely helpful, professional, and very informative and was willing to answer all my questions. Overall service, quality, value for money, professionalism, and the team was top notch! I would recommend using them if you are in need of solar service, Tesla charger install or any electrical work! They installed two outlets in my bathrooms for the new bidets I bought. They were very flexible in timing and were able to get the installation in the same week after receiving quote. They are very professional and got the job done well! Will highly recommend it
