Don’t come here. If you are a walking. They will not help you. She said, we do take walk ins but if we have appointments. We can’t help you. Wow so how does that work. Simply just say you only help your customers through appointments. Very overwhelming when you need something. What customer are you really providing your clients. I’m so over Wells Fargo so today is a good bye forever after 17 something years.

This is the slowest branch in the city. Every time I visit it takes a minimum of a 45min wait. That is with 1 or 2 people in line! After waiting 30 minutes, 1st in line, I asked for help because I needed to leave, and they showed no interest in my inconvenience or issue. I left not completing my business on that visit. Go to another branch unless you like horrible experiences.

As a Wells Fargo customer since 1986, I was rather disappointed at the service I received at this Branch, I used to have a good checking account and they switched it and now they're nickel and dime-ing me for everything. $5 for a money order seems excessive.

Longest wait times in the history of banking. Always "understaffed" and "we're so sorry", but that doesn't cut it. If you come to this branch, be prepared to wait....a really long time.

Tried to Call Several time today, No one Picked up the phone. I drove to location to get and check endorsement , Teller said : We have only one banker and she is busy for next hour and half, I wanted her to check with a banker to see if they can quickly help us, But she said No we cant, I asked her, Can you check with the Banker. Answer was NO she is busy. I wanted t speak with the Banker myself, So i went near Her office and waited. Teller came to me after few minutes and Told me I spoke ( Phone Call ) with Banker and she is busy for next 30 minutes and she is going to lunch. I told her, WHY COULDN'T YOU DO THAT WHEN I ASKED YOU?
Here is the Deal: You could Call her when I asked you at the beginning, But you didn't, Why DIDN'T you? What changed in 3 minutes that made you Call her. Every time i go to Wellspring, I tell myself that i did the right decision years ago to close my personal and business accounts. All I have left is small mortgage which that will be close soon.
